Tudo o que você precisa saber para organizar sua festa!

Olá leitor, muito prazer!

Você vai casar? Sua filha vai fazer 15 anos? Aniversário, churrasco, recepção de confraternização, não importa o evento muito menos condições financeiras, tudo tem um princípio, um protocolo, um cerimonial que deve ser seguido, para seu dia ser especial para você, seus convidados e familiares.

Eu sou DJ e produtor de eventos, trabalho há mais de 20 anos nesse ramo e pode ter certeza que eu já vi de tudo.

Vou te mostrar alguns passos para que tudo possa sair da melhor forma.

Lembrando que todo evento, como o próprio nome já diz, é uma eventualidade, ou seja, tudo pode acontecer! Tudo mesmo! Então vamos começar um planejamento para que independente de tudo, sua festa vai estar organizada, pois com a organização, você tem todas as condições de ter um dia inesquecível!

Vamos começar!

1.   O tempo.

Independente do evento, você precisa ter um tempo certo para executar todo o planejamento. De acordo com seu evento, faça um planejamento de tempo que atenda você, sua família e seus convidados, lembre-se que você tem muitas coisas à fazer e ainda tem seu trabalho, sua casa e tudo mais. Para tomar as decisões e serão muitas, você deve estar descansado, animado, preparado, fisicamente e mentalmente!

2.   Local.

Independente do evento, o local tem que ser seguro, acessível e agradável. Lembre-se que a chuva é imprevisível, de preferência a um local coberto, bem ventilado. Um local muito fechado também não é indicado. Muito cuidado com as crianças, elas correm, querem ver as luzes, brincar, dançar. Eu indico que em seu espaço, você tenha uma área de lazer para as crianças, pois fica um pouco mais fácil de administrar. O estacionamento é muito importante para evitar problemas. Tenha cuidado com o espaço em geral, se for alugar algum local, verifique se toda a documentação está em dia.

3.   Segurança.

Lembre-se que cada pessoa tem uma forma psicológica de sentir as emoções, de transmitir as emoções, elas podem ser boas, ou ruins, principalmente em festas com bebidas e muitas pessoas. Você deve estar preparado para não se preocupar com nada no seu dia, somente curtir e desfrutar. Independente do evento tenha uma boa segurança.

4.   Buffet.

Seja simples, prático e saboroso. De preferência a comida fresca, Não tem necessidade de esbanjar, você deve ter no mínimo uma refeição, ou uma boa porção por convidado. Evite filas, um bom garçom ou uma boa equipe, faz toda a diferença! A bebida destilada tem que estar gelada, sempre gelada, todo o evento. Se for contratar, você tem que ter referências, uma empresa com um bom histórico. No caso de apostar em uma nova empresa, fique atento ao profissionalismo, não é por que é novo que é ruim. Mas a experiência faz toda a diferença!

5.   A música.

É o coração da festa, tudo passa pela música, um bom equipamento e um bom DJ é tudo nesse dia especial! Mesmo que você entenda de música, é apaixonado por música, tem um ótimo som em casa ou no carro, ou um amigo te empresta, pelo amor de Deus, não faça isso, contrate um equipamento profissional e um DJ de qualidade. Faça reuniões para definir o repertório, combine exatamente o equipamento que será montado. Confira em fotos ou pessoalmente tudo que está combinado, divirta-se!

6.   Cerimonialista.

É super indicado para todos os tipos de eventos, mas escolha a dedo, pois o cerimonialista deve te atender e não você atender a ele. Seja sincero em tudo que você deseja e se ele tem realmente condições de te atender. Procure uma pessoa que tem boa comunicação, boas referências, que seja profissional e que vai te entregar o que te prometeu.

7.   Convite.

Esse convite deve ser formal, direcionada e entregue em mãos ou se for digital, o convidado deve receber esse mesmo direto dos donos da festa.  Não esqueça as informações básicas, local, data, hora, traje, endereço completo, se for um local de mais difícil acesso ou desconhecido entre os convidados, faça um mapa, ou marque a localização. Eventos mais formais como casamentos, 15 anos, bodas, formaturas, deve ser entregue com um prazo mínimo de 45 dias.

8.   Fotos e vídeos.

Um bom fotógrafo deve ter um bom equipamento e fotos bem definidas para você ver. Faça uma boa pesquisa, selecione alguns nomes indicados ou que você pesquisou, veja o trabalho e as condições de trabalho de um por um, junte tudo ao custo benefício.  O mais importante é que o fotografo tenha a sensibilidade de captar os momentos que você vai querer relembrar. Você deve analisar com a razão e nesse caso com o coração também!

9.   Os gastos.

Se a grana curta, não é o problema, se está sobrando, não precisa rasgar. Seu sonho não tem preço, mais seu cartão deve ter um limite, você deve fazer seu evento com tudo pago.  Não jogue nada pra frente sem planejamento. Faça uma relação de custo benefício em tudo.

10.               O evento propriamente dito.

Tudo tem um começo, meio e fim, acabou, acabou. Pense em tudo em todos os passos, não tem que sofisticar, tem que resolver. Bom descanso!

1. Time.

According to your event, make a time plan that suits you, your family and your guests, remember that you have many things to do and still have your work, your home and everything. To make the decisions and there will be many, you must be rested, excited, prepared, physically and mentally!

2. Location.

Regardless of the event, the venue has to be safe, accessible and enjoyable. Remember that rain is unpredictable, preferably in a covered, well-ventilated place. 3. Security.

Remember that each person has a psychological way of feeling emotions, of transmitting emotions, they can be good or bad, especially at parties with drinks and many people. You must be prepared not to worry about anything in your day, just enjoy and enjoy. Regardless of the event, you have good security.

4. Buffet.

Be simple, practical and tasty. Preferably fresh food, no need to waste, you should have at least one meal, or a good portion per guest. 7. Invitation.

8. Photos and videos.

10. The event itself.
